Important Information on Our Vitality Thongs
Our Vitality thongs are made of EVA Rubber. This material shrinks when exposed to high temperatures for long periods of time (exposure to the sun, washing machines, dishwashers, hot cars and high heat), therefore shoes including this material are recommended to only be air dried in shady areas if wet. To un-shrink the Vitality, try these solutions:
- Boiling the shoes in hot water then they should be placed back on the feet while wearing socks for 20 minutes to stretch the material as this is when they are most malleable. If the shoes are too hot to put on, please wait till the temperature is bearable.
- Placing them in a household dryer with damp towels for roughly 5 minutes till it is malleable. Similar to the above, when done in the drier, place back on your feet while wearing socks for 20 minutes to stretch the material as this is when they are most malleable. If the shoes are too hot to put on, please wait till the temperature is bearable.
- Blasting hot air from your hair dryer while wearing the shoes with socks.
I purchased something from VitaSole. How can I return it?
You may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in a resalable condition. Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. As soon as we receive your parcel your return will typically be processed within 5 working days. (Times may vary during promotional periods). Original shipping charges are not refunded. Visit our returns page for more information.
Where do you ship your orders from?
Our Australian warehouse is located in Coomera, QLD.
When will my order be sent?
We aim to ship any order placed within 1 business day.
Is chat system a bot?
No, our chat system is monitored by live agents, so please make sure to stay kind. Our chat is live between 8:30am and 3:30pm AEST on weekdays, this does not include QLD public holidays.
My credit card was declined, why does my card show a charge?
If your credit card was declined by our system, you may see an "authorization" on your debit/credit
card. We have not taken any money from your account. This is simply an authorization of the
funds.
No money is taken from your account until your order ships. In the case of a declined
debit/credit card, your order has not been accepted into our system and will therefore not be
charged. Please allow 24-48 hours for the authorization to disappear from your account. If you
contact your card issuer or banking institution, they may be able to provide you with more
information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our ordering and fulfillment system is designed to process and ship orders as quickly as possible and therefore orders are unable to be edited or cancelled by our customers after being placed. Visit our returns page for more information about making a return/exchange.
Can I change my delivery address after my order is placed?
Once an order has been place, you cannot change the delivery address. The fastest amd best way to update an address on your order is by chatting with us using our chat system, or by calling our customer service team on 1300 856 226.
Do you restock items that are on sale?
No, we do not restock sale items, these are old season lines.
I forgot to enter my discount code. Can I apply it after placing my order?
No, we cannot apply discount codes to an order once it is placed, so please ensure your discount code has applied before placing your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not. However, there are many benefits if you do, including maintaining an order history, earning and spending reward points, and saving your details for a faster checkout process. Please create an account before checking out to earn points for that order.
