This says one thing very clearly, Sydney is hands down Australia’s most iconic city. Blessed with dramatic landscapes, gorgeous beaches and bucket-list worthy landmarks, Sydney is a city to remember!
Hyde Park - Opera House
While there are many exceptional city walks around Sydney, this one has a very strong argument to take the cake. This walk starts in Hyde Park, Australia’s oldest public parkland, right in the middle of Sydney CBD. While in Hyde Park, we’d recommend getting distracted and including the Art Gallery, the War Memorial and Archibald Fountain along your route.

Ah Brisbane...The River City, Brisvegas, Brissy, home of The Brown Snake, The Gabba, The Valley and the probable location of Sheppard’s 1000th halftime performance. This gorgeous city has it all, including (arguably) the best city walks in Australia.
It’s one of those places where you could get astoundingly lost and love it, where there’s another whimsical probably heritage-listed surprise around each corner. While our top recommendation for Brisbane is to let your toes follow your nose and go for a wander, there are some city walks that absolutely can’t be missed.

EVA foam (ethylene-vinyl acetate) is a lightweight, flexible, and durable material that revolutionized footwear cushioning. It absorbs shock, reduces strain on joints, and molds to your foot for exceptional comfort and support. Unlike traditional foams, EVA retains its shape, resists water, and remains ultra-light, making it perfect for all-day wear. At The Comfort Co., we ensure every pair balances EVA’s softness, flexibility, and durability for the ultimate walking experience!

When you set a goal, suddenly training becomes less of a chore and more of a focused mission. Whether it's just wanting to increase your walking distance or gearing up for a specific challenge, having a clear target in mind transforms your exercise routine. Instead of vaguely aiming to "walk more," your objective crystallises into something like, "conquer that upcoming charity walk."
This shift in mindset ensures that each step you take is not only about personal fitness but also about preparation for a bigger cause. Nothing gets you out of bed like the knowledge that if you don’t, you’ll get your ass kicked on event day.
If you don’t have a goal, you can’t reach your goal. We at Vitasole think your next mountain to climb should be a charity walk. Not only will you have something to strive for, you’ll feel that sense of community of everyone else on the walk AND you’ll be helping
